Litera is seeking highly motivated and passionate homeschool parents to join us to fill teacher roles. In this position, you will be responsible for implementing the provided curriculum, participating in book study workshops, attending teacher training, and teaching on hybrid days. You will also be expected to participate in continued education in CM philosophies and have a general understanding of Charlotte Mason's philosophy.

As a teacher at Litera Academy, you will not only have the opportunity to contribute to the education of our students, but you will also receive several benefits that come with the position.

1. Discounts on Tuition: As a teacher, you will receive a 50% discount on total tuition. This means that you can save a significant amount on tuition fees for your child's education.

2. Stipend: You will receive a stipend of $100 per class/ per term ($300/ year for each class).

Litera Academy is seeking volunteers who are passionate and committed to supporting our community. As a volunteer, you will be able to use your talents in a variety of situations:

Assisting Teachers during classes

Monitoring Doors and Hallways

Acting as the On-Duty Recess Mom

Filling in as a Substitute Teacher

Joining the Cleaning Crew

In order to receive volunteer benefits we ask that you commit to being present at all hybrid days that you have signed up to volunteer. A form will be provided for accountability.
